I wish I could analyze what's so off-putting about the taste of this soup.  The idea is good: a chunky soup for those colder winter days or heartier appetites... There's nothing wrong with the nice big pieces of chicken and carrot, or the rice, or the herbs swirling in the mix.  But that flavor--ugh.  Honestly, I don't know why Campbell's didn't just stick with the delicious chicken stock they use in their regular best-seller, plain 'ol Chicken Noodle Soup!
